New year’s eve in Paris?? Why not !
After Christmas time, Paris, the city of lovers, the best city in the world for many people, during last days of the year, gains more charm and suggestion as never. Streets are filled with people from all over the world, not only citizens but also many foreigners who choose the city searching for fun and romantic atmosphere.

Nowadays Paris is reached by low cost companies like Ryanair, Myair and Easyjet, just to make some examples. Otherwise you can choose the train or the bus, that booked on last minute, can be cheaper than flights. Travelling by night can be a good way to not loose time and be in the city, ready to discover it, just in the morning.

And then, What doing on last day of year? For the very last hours, the suggestion is to spend them on the streets, in the crowd of people hanging around. Particularly, exist two main to meet: the Champs-Elysees, where at midnight you can see the light show of lights of Tour Eiffel and then a lot of fireworks. Another important meeting point, maybe less famous, but not less charming, is that one in the Montmarte zone, in the square of Sacred Heart, where it will be for sure less people but anyway the fun cant miss, for all the clubs, cabaret and restaurant.

The importan thing is to organize the hotel or apartment’s return, to not risk to be stuck in the caotic crowd, searching for a metro or bus’ lift.

For who doesn’t want to miss the cultural heritage, it is of course worthwhile a visit to unfailing monuments and museums: Tour Eiffel, Arc de Triumf, Notre Dame, the Pompidou centre and of course the museum of Louvre. It can be interesting to visit this one on the very first day of the year, in which there is not so much people, that probably suffers the last night’s parties.

Then, a “promenade” along the Senna, or also navigate it on the famous boat “Bateaux” (and maybe eating in the restaurant on board), is a good way to get out from the crowd of the city and enjoy the beautiful view of the city in the night from another perspective.
Before getting back home, is recommended a jump at Lafayette Galerie for a souvenir or the last purchase.The commercial centre is so big that its so easy to get lost.
